his old vine Shiraz was crafted from fruit which was harvested from the estate grown vines planted in 1919. Deep, dense red black in colour, the 1919 Series Shiraz has powerful aromas of black fruits, blackberries and plum with base notes of aniseed, vanilla and mocha. These blackberry and plum characters carry through on the palate with grippy tannins and subtle oak on the long finish. Cellar 5 years or more.
