Matilda Bay Brewery Sebastian Reserve Dark Wheat Beer

Tasting Notes:

Sebastian is named after the pet duck of one of our Matilda Bay brewers. Sebastian Reserve is a strong dark wheat beer brewed with 5 different malts and 2 noble hops - tettenanger and hersbrueker. Fermented using our classic Redback yeast, it has a complex chocolate and toffee flavours with aromas of banana and caramel. Sebastian Reserve is unfiltered and unpasteurised, so it still has some live yeast in the bottle. So we reccomend that you grab a few bottles to put down and try at a later date. This beer is great with Duck, but Sebastian would prefer that you tried it with blue cheese or venison. Unfortunately, Sebastian (the Duck) is boycotting our beer dinners and is dedicating himself to becoming a professional soccer player.
