Tasting Notes:
A rich and complex, strong ale. Intense flavours are derived from 4 different malts, balanced by high levels of hops. The colour is a deep golden red, with malty, almost mystical aromas. The flavours are hard to describe - this is a beer unlike others. We cellar this ale for a number of months before release, and only let it out when we believe that a balance of flavours has been achieved.
