Wines on our Tasting Bench
Purvis Cellars provides tasting wines under a pressurized gas system that uses the inert gas nitrogen. This gas is heavier than oxygen and sits on top of the wine creating a barrier to prevent oxidation, which allows us to keep these wines fresh for up to 2 weeks.
